Drink Water at the Right Time

Drink the right amount of water with the right timing will enhance its effectiveness to our body.

30 mins before meal - 2 glasses of water: Help digestion
After waking up - 1 glass of water: Helps activate our internal organs, for beauty purpose as well
Before shower - 1 glass of water: Helps lower blood pressure
Before sleep - 1 glass of water: To avoid stroke or heart attack.

P/S: It is recommended to drink warm water rather than cold water. Of course, daily consumption of water is not limited to the above 5 glasses. Here, is to let you guys know how to enhance water effectiveness to our body.
