How to Eat Fruits

Do you guys have fruits at least once in a day?
My question is, "How you guys eat fruits?" Oh God, what a silly and stupid question. Isn't it just buy the fruits, cut it and just pop it into the mouth? My answer is a BIG "NO!"

What we should not do with fruits?
Fruits should not be eaten after any meals. Why?
Drink only FRESH fruit juice, i.e not from the cans.
Do not drink juice that has been heated up.
Do not eat cooked fruits because all the vitamins are destroyed after cooking it.


What will happen if we had fruits after meal?
The fruits that supposed to go straight through the stomach into the intestines will be prevented to do so after your meals because it is blocked! When the fruits mixed with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.
Our stomach will be bloated because of the gas produced from the mixed fruit and other food.
Stomachache.
Example, burp after eating watermelon, stomach bloated up after eating durian, feel like running to the toilet after eating banana. <-- All this will not happen if we eat fruits on an empty stomach.



What's good of having fruits on an empty stomach?
Fruits are great in detoxifying our body system. It supplies us energy for weight loss and other life activities.
Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, dark circles --> WILL NOT HAPPEN!

Drink Water at the Right Time

Drink the right amount of water with the right timing will enhance its effectiveness to our body.

30 mins before meal - 2 glasses of water: Help digestion
After waking up - 1 glass of water: Helps activate our internal organs, for beauty purpose as well
Before shower - 1 glass of water: Helps lower blood pressure
Before sleep - 1 glass of water: To avoid stroke or heart attack.

P/S: It is recommended to drink warm water rather than cold water. Of course, daily consumption of water is not limited to the above 5 glasses. Here, is to let you guys know how to enhance water effectiveness to our body.

Beauty Tips: Usefulness of Cucumber

Cucumbers contain most of the vitamins that a person need every day.


Wrinkle problem? Cellulite problem? Do not dare to swim because of the cellulite?
- Try to rub 1 or 2 slice(s) of cucumbers along the cellulite area for a few minutes. Cucumber tighten the collagen in your skin, firm up, and reduced the visibility of cellulite.

Can't help yourself eating snacks?
- Replace snacks with the crunchy cucumbers. Cucumbers could solve your snacks attack as it takes your hunger off.

Feeling stress?? But, no time for massage, facial or visit the spa?
- Cut the cucumber into slices. Put them all in a boiling pot of water. (Not to boil them)
- The steam released which combined the nutrients of cucumber creates a soothing, relaxing aroma that reduce your stress.

Health Issue (1)

After seeing all the unhealthy lifestyle of the people around me, I've decided to blog on health issues. Wonder how many people will be able to read my blog and take it seriously. Anyhow, I just hope to share the health tips around the world and hope everybody could live as healthy as possible.

HAVE A GLASS OF COLD WATER AFTER A MEAL
Feeling good? Wonderful thirst quencher? Well, IT IS THE TIME TO STOP DRINKING COLD WATER AFTER A MEAL! You could drink cold water any time of the day but NOT AFTER A MEAL as this will lead to CANCER! Thinking that I'm exaggerating? I'll further explain how will that end up in cancer.

1. Cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed.
2. Your digestion will be slowed down.
3. Once the undigested food reacts with acid, it will be absorbed by the intestine.
4. Then, it will turn into fats and lead to cancer.

***It is best to drink hot or warm drinks after a meal to break up the oily stuff***

Beauty Tips: Trying to lose weight (2)?

Found this video randomly to support that banana indeed is a good & healthy way to lose weight.
As mentioned in the video:

Use banana to replace your meal.
3 bananas kcal = 2 pieces of white bread = 1 bowl of white rice
Bananas contain of lots of Vitamin C
You could replace all your 3 meals with bananas.
If u cant stand for not eating in a day, go for 2 meals of bananas - the most oily meal & the time where u feel the most hungry i.e the best is replace the breakfast & dinner with bananas.
