Feeling good? Wonderful thirst quencher? Well, IT IS THE TIME TO
STOP DRINKING COLD WATER AFTER A MEAL! You could drink cold water any time of the day but NOT AFTER A MEAL as this will lead to
CANCER! Thinking that I'm exaggerating? I'll further explain how will that end up in cancer.
1. Cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed.
2. Your digestion will be slowed down.
3. Once the undigested food reacts with acid, it will be absorbed by the intestine.
4. Then, it will turn into fats and lead to cancer.
***It is best to drink hot or warm drinks after a meal to break up the oily stuff***
