Inner Thigh Fitness

(Look at the picture below for demonstration.)
Lie on one side of your body.
Cross your left leg over to the front of your right leg.
Straighten your right leg and face your right leg toe to the front.
Raise your right leg and hold it for 5 seconds and rest for 3 seconds.
Repeat 15 times for each leg.
Repeat whole process for 20 minutes, 3 times a day.
