Girls out there, trying to lose weight but cant stop eating?
Here is a way for u to lose weight healthily (only for those who love to eat porridge/ congee)

Replace porridge/ congee with oatmeal.
Getting tired of the sweet oatmeal? Try
the salty oatmeal.
What I normally cooked with the salty oatmeal is simple & healthy -
carrot cube and celery.
1. Cubed the carrot and sliced the celery and put them in to a boiled water until it became soft.
2. Pour approximately 6 tablespoon of oatmeal in (the 250ml water - *less water if u prefer thicker or more if you prefer watery).
3. Add in some salt & pepper & sesame oil.
*You can served it with Marmite/ Bovril.
Beside this method of cooking, you could try also the tomyam flavor of oatmeal. It's pretty yummy yummy...
